Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to bring your attention to the appalling conditions of the facilities installed at some tourist places in our city.
My name is John Smith, and I am a resident of this city, Ludhiana. Last week, I visited the historical temple of Lord Shiva, which is more than 100 years old. I was disappointed by the lack of facilities and the poor condition of some amenities such as a scarcity of sitting chairs and no arrangement for cold water.
I would like to give some suggestions regarding these problems. I think there should be a separate committee to look after all these facilities and make sure the smooth working of these. I think there should be a help room where visitors can inform about the problems and give feedback about the facilities.
These historical places are not only visited by local people but also visited by foreigners. Every year thousands of foreigners flock to these historical monuments to explore our history. Therefore, the kind of facilities we offer to them is directly attached to our nation’s image, and it is our prime responsibility to improve the facilities at these touristy places.
