Dear Sir,
My name is XYZ and I boarded flight no. LS128X with Lufthansa from New Delhi to Singapore last week on Thursday. I am writing to draw your attention to an unpleasant experience with your airlines.
When the flight landed in Singapore, after immigration clearance I immediately went to the baggage carousel number 4 to reclaim my luggage. I waited for my suitcase for almost an hour and then asked the officials on duty for some solution who did not pay attention and told me to wait or look for my luggage on other baggage carousels.
I went to the airline’s desk and filed a complaint and also gave them a description of my suitcase along with my address and contact number in Singapore. It’s been 4 days now and I have heard nothing from them yet. It’s a Navy blue Tommy Hilfiger suitcase with white stripes. It has my clothes, 2 pairs of shoes and some cosmetic products. I am here in Singapore for 1 month for the purpose of tourism and attending a family function, therefore I urgently need my belongings.
I hope you will trace my luggage soon and deliver it to the given address as soon as possible because I am facing a lot of problems due to it. Please give me a call at the given number to inform me when it’s found.
