Well, I have had many wonderful dinners with my friends and family members at my home, hotels and restaurants. Here I will talk about a memorable dinner that I vividly remember.
This year in the month of February, me and my family went to have dinner on the occasion of my birthday at a restaurant named Kitchen at 95 which is located inside Hyatt Regency on Ferozepur Road Ludhiana. It’s actually a restaurant which serves a multi-cuisine buffet which comprises several exotic, Continental, Asian and Middle-eastern dishes. The open kitchens take center stage as the chefs prepare all orders à la minute.
There were three people, including me, my father and mother. We took two vegetarian buffets for them and a non-vegetarian for myself. First of all, we were served with starters which included 5 snacks and 2 salads. Although I was offered all the vegetarian and non-vegetarian starters on the menu, I only chose to eat a few of the vegetarian dishes. Thereafter, we took some sweetcorn soup. We thoroughly enjoyed being there and we were in no hurry to merely eat food. Melodious music was being played at a low volume. The restaurant was also quite spacious, beautiful, spic and span. It was well-lit and also smelled very nice. Me and my parents had many interesting conversations over dinner and I also made some stories on snapchat. I also took a picture of us three. We were served an endless parade of favorites from Middle Eastern, Italian, Indian, Asian and Western cuisines in the main course. Also there was an eye-popping array of desserts to choose from. I chose to eat sizzling Brownie topped with chocolate syrup with a scoop of Vanilla ice cream. I also tasted ‘Knafeh’ which is a Middle Eastern version of Cheesecake. I also ate a small slice of Tiramisu which was a little bitter because it was sprinkled with coffee powder. We intended to spend 1.5 hour there but after having desserts when we took note of the time, we were surprised to find that we had spent 3 hours over there. On our way out, I grabbed a piece of Turkish delight. Overall, their well-trained and courteous staff provided us with the ultimate dining experience and our wish to savor the popular dishes in one seating was fulfilled. We relished food and discovered a unique showcase of taste, sights and sounds. I loved being there as the food items served were scrumptious and the ambience of the restaurant was also suave.
