It has been always discussed that which stage of human life is more rewarding. Some people propose that children live the most cheerful life, whereas its counterparts argue that adulthood years are more joyful. I will discuss both sides in forthcoming paragraphs before presenting my personal viewpoint.
On the one hand, advocates of prior opinion contend that teenagers live a stress-free life, which is a key attribute behind the Happy life. This is primarily due to the amount of time they allocate to their favourite sport which makes them feel delighted, and this amount of time spent in sports center keep on decreasing with increase in age, mainly due to profession-related responsibilities. Also, having sound health is the main aspect behind children’s Happy time. Recent research by Canadian healthcare organisation to find out healthiest stage of life resulted that more than 90 percent of children live disease-free life, which is the highest among all human living stages. Thus, it can be clearly seen that having a stress free live and sound health makes the childhood time most cheerful.
On the other hand, supporters of adulthood time as more content with life opine that adults live with more freedom and do not rely on their parents to buy personal favourite things. Therefore, this sort of self-dependence due to personal earnings make them confident and more satisfied with life. Moreover, they choose to travel to exotic realms to spend joyful time and collect memories which they can reminisce later. Thus, this paragraph clearly shows that how adults feel more rewarding due to the feeling of self-achievement and engagement in travelling to dynamic places.
To conclude, looking at both sides of above discussion, I feel adulthood time is more content than childhood time because nowadays schools started putting more pressure on students making them stressed for scoring high in class tests.

Masses have different opinions about happiness and the happiest times in their life. While many people believe that mortals are very happy during their adolescence, others opine that adulthood is more enjoyable than teenage. In my opinion, the happiest times of life may vary from person to person.
To begin with, every stage of life has its highs and lows. Many people remember their teenage years with utmost importance and there are several reasons for this. Most people would have enjoyed a great sense of freedom during their college days or school days. As friendship and brotherhood are in the prime during those years, many would have experienced joyful moments. For example, college parties and sports events are great occasions to get together and have great fun. Also, teenagers have much fewer responsibilities than adults. Also, they get more independence during that period in comparison to the childhood phase which they really enjoy in exploring the outer world.
On the other hand, adulthood offers several positive and happy moments. Most of the adults fondly remember their cherished moments such as their first house or job, marriage day celebration, birth of their child and so on. As people age, they also evolve and develop qualities such as maturity and understanding. These factors can bring a sense of fulfillment and stability which in turn contributes to long term happiness in many people’s lives. Parents develop more confidence and trust in their children when they enter adulthood which allows them to enjoy more liberty in taking decisions and living their life independently.
In summary, adulthood and teenage life have their share of ups and downs. While it is the lack of responsibilities that make life delightful during adolescence, it is the realization of one’s dreams and aspirations that make adult life more memorable. In my opinion, it is up to each individual to decide which period was the happiest in their life.
