I am writing this letter to complain about an item I bought online from your company.
My name is Janie and I am a regular shopper on your website. Previous satisfied shopping experiences encouraged me to purchase an expensive product online. I placed an order for an iPad on November 26th. The order number was 72146723. The mode of payment was Visa debit card.
When I opened the parcel, the screen of the iPad had a crack in it. It seems that the screen was damaged during the freight. To my great surprise, no ‘handle with care’ warning was printed on the parcel at all. I would not expect this type of blunder from a popular company like yours.
I am returning the item by post, and the tracking number is 6672289. I expect you to refund £400 to my bank account.
