While 70% of males had post-graduate diplomas, just\u00a0 30% of females acquired the same qualification in 1999. By contrast, approximately 70% of women accomplished the undergraduate diploma whereas males who held this qualification were about half in ratio with 35%. In addition, the percentage of females who completed Bachelor\u2019s degree was slightly higher than that of males with a difference of around 7 % as there were roughly\u00a0 55% of women with Bachelor\u2019s degrees while around 48% of males had this degree.
