\u00a0Dear Sir,<\/span><\/p>\n

My name is Catherine Jose and I am from Ludhiana. I recently applied for a course at your college. I am writing to express my gratitude for accepting my application however I feel terrible<\/strong> <\/span>to inform you that I will not be able to start the course.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

I applied for pursuing a Masters of Science in Forestry for which the classes are going to start next month. I wanted to enhance my knowledge in the field and attain a higher degree as I aspire<\/span> <\/strong>to become a farming manager.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Unfortunately, I will not be able to begin with the course this year as my sister\u2019s marriage got fixed last week for the month of November which has left us with very less time to make preparations for the same. I and my father only are to handle all the responsibilities for the occasion hence this will not be the right time to commence<\/span> <\/strong>my classes for the course.<\/span><\/p>\n

However I am very keen on pursuing further studies, therefore I was hoping if you could kindly accommodate me for this course in the next session. I do not want to miss the opportunity to study in your esteemed institution. I would be thankful to you for your cooperation in this matter.<\/span><\/p>\n
