Although mobile phones have transformed into a <span style=\"color: #00ccff;\"><strong>multifunctional<\/strong> <\/span>device due to the <strong><span style=\"color: #00ccff;\">advent<\/span> <\/strong>of smartphones, they are mainly used for texting and calling.<\/p>\n<p>Here I would like to talk about a time when I received some good <span style=\"color: #00ccff;\"><strong>tidings<\/strong> <\/span>via text message. About a year and a half ago, I and my husband applied for Australian tourist visa as we wanted to explore the <strong><span style=\"color: #00ccff;\">hot spots<\/span><\/strong> of that country like Sydney Opera house, several Australian national parks and the Great Barrier Reef.\u00a0 We also wanted to visit a couple of our blood relatives there. Actually one of our relatives had invited us for their <strong><span style=\"color: #00ccff;\">housewarming<\/span> <\/strong>party. We had all the <span style=\"color: #00ccff;\"><strong>requisites<\/strong> <\/span>met and also we had a strong travel history so we thought to apply for the visa. However, earlier than that we had only visited countries which do not have a <span style=\"color: #00ccff;\"><strong>stringent<\/strong> <\/span>immigration procedure for Indian visitors like Singapore, Dubai and Mauritius but we thought we could make it.<\/p>\n<p>About one month after online submission of our file with the Australian Embassy, we were <span style=\"color: #00ccff;\"><strong>eagerly<\/strong> <\/span>waiting for some response to get rid of the suspense. Moreover, the <span style=\"color: #00ccff;\"><strong>housewarming<\/strong> <\/span>function was also approaching and our relatives in Australia were getting curious too. One day I got a text message\u2019s beep when I was at work. I heard it but I thought to check the phone later as I was <span style=\"color: #00ccff;\"><strong>occupied<\/strong><\/span>. After around 10 minutes all of a sudden I thought that it may be some text message regarding our file\u2019s status and I quickly took out my phone from my handbag to read the message. It was a message from my husband in which he wrote that we had got our visas.<\/p>\n<p>At first, I was <span style=\"color: #00ccff;\"><strong>taken aback<\/strong><\/span> but after a minute or two I got back to my senses and jumped with joy. It was the happiest news that I have ever got via text message so far. I immediately called him back to know the details and hurried home as it was hard to contain my excitement. I immediately informed my Australian relatives and our parents as well. They all were on the <span style=\"color: #00ccff;\"><strong>cloud nine<\/strong><\/span> too on hearing the <strong><span style=\"color: #00ccff;\">ecstatic<\/span> <\/strong>news.
