I work six days a week and only get Sundays to relax. Actually I do not go to bed early and usually go to sleep by 12:30-1 am so I wake at 8 am in the morning. I take shower, get ready and have my breakfast by 9am and at 9:10am I leave for work. I work as a lecturer at a nearby College so it takes me only 5 minutes to reach there.\u00a0 I work there from 9:15am to 1 pm and I come back home at around 1:10pm. Furthermore, I get fresh, get changed and have some lunch. I lay down for a while if I get a chance as I start to take private classes at home from 2 pm onwards. I take some tea or fruits at 5 in the evening to gain some energy. The classes go on till 7pm and thereafter I just finish the notebook checking work till 7:30 pm. I get free by 7:30 pm and then take some rest for an hour. I usually check my mail and do any pending chores like laundry, dusting my room and so on. I take dinner at 8:30 pm and then after another 10-15 minutes, I go for a walk at the terrace for half an hour. I just watch some web series via Netflix or Amazon Prime on the television to relax myself. Sometimes I just watch some good movies which have good ratings. While watching TV, I do some postural exercises to get rid of my back pain. I also say my daily prayers before going to bed. I usually go to bed by 12:30 at midnight.
