I recently applied for a course in your cookery school. I am writing to inform you that I will not be able to start the course.<\/p>\n<p>I applied for pursuing a 6-month diploma in Indian and Continental cuisines for which the classes began last month. I wanted to enhance my knowledge in the field and become able to cook a variety of dishes with utmost perfection.<\/p>\n<p>Unfortunately, I will not be able to continue with the course as I am working full-time as an Assistant professor at Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College. As the final term exams are starting next week, I&#8217;d be extremely busy with several duties such as conducting preparation sessions for students, vigilance in the examination hall and checking answer sheets. I believe this is not the right time to continue the course as neither I will be able to come regularly nor I will be able to focus or practice the recipes at home. My work timings are going to be from 9 am to 5 pm from next week for one month.<\/p>\n<p>However, I am very keen on pursuing this course some time later, therefore I was hoping if you could kindly extend and adjust my pending classes in the next session. I do not want to miss the opportunity to learn cooking at your esteemed institution under the guidance of veterans.
