Although when your executive gave me its demo at the store, it was working fairly well but when i brought it home and tried warming some food in it, it didn\u2019t turn on.<\/p>\n<p>I tried checking the mains and there was nothing wrong with them. I immediately phoned the store and they put me on hold for over 20 minutes to call the executive who sold me the microwave. After a long wait I told the executive about the problem but it has been over a week now and no action has been taken.<\/p>\n<p>As the product is under a 2-year warranty, I would request you to either send someone to fix the fault in it or just replace it with a working one.
