I also try to extract maximum output out of the time every day but on some days I am rather lazy and end up wasting a great deal of it.<\/p>\n<p>Here I will talk about a recent occasion when I wasted my time. It was last Sunday. Being a working person, I always prepare a checklist every Saturday evening regarding the pending work related to the office and house to complete it with planning. I did so last weekend too. But on Sunday, although I had set an alarm to wake up at 9 am, I turned it off and woke up at 11 am instead. Even after I got up, I did nothing but just went through my phone for an hour or so while lying in bed.<\/p>\n<p><iframe title=\"Describe an occasion when you wasted your time | Latest IELTS Cue Card 2020 | Brpaper\" width=\"800\" height=\"450\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/KJCalulnnws?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>At 12 pm I went downstairs to the kitchen and had some breakfast and then I sat and watched some TV. Although I had some pending office work, I also had to wash a load of laundry as well as had to broom, mop and dust my room, I just leaned on the couch watching cartoons. At 2 pm I finally got up and went to take shower. At 3 pm some guests dropped by our house and by the time they left it was 4:30 pm already.<\/p>\n<p>I finally realised that more than half of the day was gone and I had so much work piled up. I put the clothes in the washing machine and started cleaning my room. After doing that I felt really tired and I just sat down and started surfing the internet to relax myself. I got a call from one of my colleagues at around 7 pm who asked me whether I had completed the important office work. I thanked him to remind me of it, but then my mother called upon me to come to the kitchen as I had promised her that I\u2019d prepare dinner that night. I did not want to disappoint her so I rushed to the kitchen and began making pasta and garlic bread. At 9pm I went to my room after dinner.<\/p>\n<p>As I was tired, I again laid down for a while and started watching a movie. Although I realised that I had to do office work, I kept wasting my time watching that movie. At 10:45 pm when the movie got over, I finally thought to start with the pending work. Although I was sleepy, I had to remain awake and finish it. I was regretting wasting so much time during the day. I finally completed the task by 12 pm and then went to bed.
