    I prefer several long breaks as I believe that they keep a person refreshed after every few months and also do not affect one\u2019s consistency at work. Several short breaks help us to break the monotony, help us join back work or study with enthusiasm whereas after a long break people become uninterested to restart study or work.<\/p>\n

      I do several things during a break such as travelling, shopping, going out for movies, completing pending personal or household chores such as going to a salon or cleaning up my room.<\/p>\n

        I need to take a break once in a week because it helps us to maintain a balance between our personal and professional life. Moreover, break helps one to relax oneself which is must in this hectic schedule. Life without break becomes dull and monotonous.<\/p>\n

          I take a 4-5 days break after every 4-5 months as it helps me to feel refreshed and it reignites interest and enthusiasm in me to work wholeheartedly with full energy.<\/p>\n
