Describe a good service you received
\n<\/strong>You should say:

\n<\/strong>– <\/strong>And how you felt about it?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

– Well, giving a good service to customers is a prime<\/strong> duty of every company.<\/p>\n

–\u00a0\u00a0However<\/strong>, sometimes we get good service sometimes we don\u2019t.<\/p>\n

– Here I would like to talk about<\/strong>\u00a0an incident when I received a satisfying<\/strong> service from a restaurant named The Mapple.<\/p>\n

–\u00a0What happened exactly<\/strong>, a few months back, one of my friends had a birthday and we all friends wanted to give him a surprise party.<\/p>\n

– One of my cousins suggested me this food outlet<\/strong> and told me about their delicious<\/strong> food and good service.<\/p>\n

–\u00a0So<\/strong>, we met the manager over there and told him about the party.<\/p>\n

– we booked some tables in advance<\/strong> for that day and asked them to decorate that area.<\/p>\n

– The manager assured<\/strong> us about all the arrangements including the birthday cake.<\/p>\n

–\u00a0On that day<\/strong>, we convinced<\/strong> our friend to go there for having some snacks.<\/p>\n

–\u00a0To be honest<\/strong>, as it was the first time we organised the party in this restaurant, we were also a bit doubtful<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

–\u00a0However<\/strong>, when we visited the place, we were all got amazed<\/strong> by looking at the decoration.<\/p>\n

– They used some colorful balloons and flowers for decoration and on one wall they also wrote \u201chappy birthday Robert\u201d using colorful tapes.<\/p>\n

– when we just entered, the whole staff started singing the happy birthday song.<\/p>\n

– My friend, got surprized and he was just standing still and giving smile.<\/p>\n

– He was thanking everyone for making his day unforgettable<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

–\u00a0Then<\/strong>, the hotel staff brought the cake which was also decorated in a delightful<\/strong> manner.<\/p>\n

–\u00a0First of all<\/strong>, my friend cut the cake while everyone was chanting \u201chappy birthday Robert\u201d.<\/p>\n

– All the staff members were clapping and singing with us.<\/p>\n

– We clicked a number of photos of that memorable moment.<\/p>\n

–\u00a0After the cake ceremony<\/strong>, we ordered the food.<\/p>\n

– Every dish was super<\/strong> tasty and we could not stop us from eating more and more.<\/p>\n

–\u00a0At the same time<\/strong>, their service was so fast and that we did not have to wait much.<\/p>\n

– Every member of staff was polite and dressed<\/strong> well.<\/p>\n

–\u00a0I must say\u00a0<\/strong>that the whole restaurant staff made our day and without them, it was not possible for us to give such a wonderful<\/strong> treat to our best friend.<\/p>\n

– I also recommended this place to my other friends and family members.<\/p>\n

-After leaving, I gave a 5-star rating to this restaurant on google maps as a gesture<\/strong> of love.<\/p>\n
