    An anchor tag is an HTML tag. It is used to define the beginning and end of hypertext link. In search engines use the tag to determine the subject matter of the destination U.R.L. users click on anchor tag to research the link target.

             A table row runs horizontally in a line across a table and is normally made up of several boxes with information inside. It is commonly used in HTML to create tables and to format a webpage.

    Post Card:  It is a  rectangular piece of thick paper or thin cardboard intended for writing and mailing without an envelop. There are different methods for making postcards in word. Two of them are by making a “Cables” or through starting from a premade “template”.

    Two ways of publishing are as follow:
    1. Electronic publishing:

    It aims to integrate the whole process of editing and publishing in detail world.

     The way which is used to publish a document in publisher is as follow:
    1. Click file > new and click a blank publication.
    2. Click insert > draw textbox and draw a text box that goes to the margins of the page.

             It controls the space between table cells. Although there is no official default, browsers use cell space.

  16. 16, Distinguish between machine language and high level language.

    Distinguish between paragraph and line break.

    Answer:

    Machine Language:
           It is the only language that is directly understood by computer and it does not need to be translated. All instruction use binary notations and are written as a string of ‘s and 0s.

    High Level Language:
              It is a programming language that uses English and Mathematical symbols like +,-,% and many others in its instructions.
    Eg:  C++, Java, and Python.

    Advantages of high level language:
    1 It is much closer to logic of human language.
    2 Code of most high level language is portable.

    Paragraph:-
               It is the space given between two paragraphs of a text by pressing enter i.e. a small amount padding is given between them visually, it looks as though there is a blank line separating the two paragraphs.

     

    Line break:

            When a line break is inserted the cursor moves down a single line which is different from paragraph which ends the paragraph and starts a new one. When you hold shift and enter, a line break tag is inserted <BR/>and the text entered after the line break will appear on the next line down.

    Functions of utility program:
               Function of utility programme is to perform specific task related to management of computer function resources or files as password protection, memory management, virus protection and files compression.   18. 18. Distinguish between ordered list and unordered list.

    Answer:

    Ordered list:
             A singly linked list in which values are inserted in either descending or ascending order is called an ordered singly linked list. To create an unordered list, you can put your content inside <OL> and </OL>.

    Unordered list:
               It does not have any limitation of arrangement of elements. To create an unordered list, you can put your content inside <UL> and </UL> tag. This creates an unordered list with bullets preceding each list item.
