Gursewa Institute of Science & Technology was established in 2003 by the Gursewa Society for Education, Health & Welfare Activities(Regd.), Rai Hospital, Garshankar.
The Society was established in the year 2000 under the able guidlines of Dr. Jang Bahadur Singh Rai, a doctor by profession and social worker bt deeds.
The society is registered with the Registrat of Societies, Pubjab, Chandigarh and has established a number of other educational Institutions at Garshankar
