Dear ABC,
I am fine with the grace of God and I hope you are also doing well. I am writing to inform you that I moved to my new house last week and I want to invite you for the housewarming party.
Well as you know I was planning to move to the suburbs for a long time due to the hustle and bustle of the city, I have finally bought a home in Dutchess county. It’s quite peaceful and serene out here, just the way I always wanted and it also has a marketplace at a stone’s throw. It’s also not very far from the downtown as it’s only 8 kilometers from the main city. I managed to find myself a fully furnished co-op at a good price.
Well I have bought myself a two-bedroom condominium with a huge living room. One of the bedrooms is having an attached spacious washroom and the other bedroom has an attached storage room. Also there’s an open modular kitchen next to the living room. As you know my parents are living at their farmhouse in Buffalo, so I thought that a condo would be sufficient for my needs as I am living all alone. It’s a brand new housing scheme in which I have bought this beautiful 1000 square feet apartment.
I am throwing a housewarming party on the 5th of October. I hope you will come by 2nd or 3rd of October and help me with the arrangements as I have a guest list of 25 people including my parents. I am only inviting you and my parents a little earlier as I need your help and guidance for the arrangements, the rest of the guests will come and return on the 5th of October. Please come a few days ahead so that we can plan the occasion well.
