These days, new modern kitchen appliances have made cooking food a lot easier than the past. This has improved the lifestyle of people for good because it saves them a lot of time and allows both spouses to be employed.
Firstly, preparing meals is one of the most time-consuming household chores. In the past, housewives used to expend hours to prepare all the meals of the day, however, these days, they are being assisted by the modern technology available in the kitchen. For example, a few years back, on average one meal like dinner used to take 1-2 hours, whereas this can be prepared within 30-45 minutes with the aid of the latest kitchen appliances as we just have to set some settings on the machine.
Secondly, this phenomenon also allowing both men and women to be employed. Earlier, females, especially in countries like India, had to perform distinct household tasks, such as cooking meals, doing dishes and washing clothes, but these days there are machines to do these routine chores. Therefore, women can also participate in the workforce of the nation apart from just taking care of household chores. For instance, both my uncle and aunt work as they have some wonderful appliances to do cooking as well as other chores.
