Dear Sir,

It is with delight I am writing to you as I recently flew with Lufthansa and had an unforgettable and amiable experience. The flight was stupendous and was as snug as a magic carpet. I write to commend your staff for providing an outstanding service to all the passengers on board.

I travelled with your airlines upon my friend’s insistence who is a frequent flier with Lufthansa. I boarded flight number LH3170 last week on Friday from New Delhi to Frankfurt as I had a business meeting in Germany.  This air journey was one of my best journeys as the inflight assistance was excellent.

The price of the ticket was worth it and justified enough as the quality of food, hospitality, cleanliness as well as safety measures, all were upto the mark. The temperament of the entire crew was amicable and extremely helpful and they all are really well-trained.

However, I would humbly request you to reduce the duration of the stay between the connecting flights by at least two to three hours as we had a 5-hour stay at Mumbai Airport which was quite tiring. It would indeed be a cherry on the cake!

I would be grateful if you consider the suggestion. Thank you once again for an amazing service.
