Well, we get along well with many families among our relatives and in our neighbourhood. My father and mother are quite friendly in nature and love to have good ties as well as understanding with other households. Here I will talk about a family that we are the most fond of.
It is the Bening’s family. They have been living in our neighbourhood for over two decades. Earlier they were living in Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh as they have an enormous agribusiness over there. In mid 90s, they moved to Ludhiana as they wanted to expand their business and here they bought more agricultural land as well as established a marriage palace which is running very well. The family comprises both their grandparents who are currently over 90 years old, uncle Major Singh Bening and aunty Inderjeet Kaur Bening who must be in their early sixties, their son Khushdeep Singh Bening who is around 36 years old and his wife. Also Uncle and Aunt have a daughter, Navpreet Kaur who studied with me in the same school and grade. She is 1990 born and lives in England as a permanent resident, she went there in 2009 for higher studies after completing School. Now she is a Lawyer in the U.K. and is doing great in life. She keeps visiting her parents every year and I saw her in February 2019 the last. I have known this family since childhood and used to go to their home at least twice a week to visit my best friend and to play with her. I have a great bonding with all the family members. They are in fact the only ones with whom we get along very well. They adore us and vice versa. We have invested in many properties in collaboration with them and our families trust each other with life. I like them because they are above board, well- mannered, extremely genuine as well as cooperative. Despite being very well-off, they have a very simple lifestyle and are quite down to earth. So this is the family that I know and regard the most.
