Well, I am quite keen on knowing about a list of countries and also want to travel to some of them in the future. Here I will talk about a nation which I want to learn more about.
Its name is Canada. It is located in the northern part of North America. Its ten provinces and three territories extend from the Atlantic to the Pacific and northward into the Arctic Ocean, covering 9.98 million square kilometres, making it the second largest country in the world.
I came to know about it in childhood as my grandparents moved there in late 1970s and my brother also went there in 1990 when he was a kid. I came to know of its existence when i was 5 years old or so. My parents used to tell me that my brother lives there and would come to meet me someday soon.
I want to know more about it because my relatives abroad keep telling me interesting things about beautiful Canadian landscapes and also the good quality of life and several privileges that the Canadian government provides to its citizens. Canada has conquered the first rank in terms of providing healthcare to its residents and has also been ranked second best country in the world overall. Its capital is Ottawa and its currency is Canadian dollar. I want to know more about its main source of income generation, its provinces and natural resources. I would also like to get more insight about its flora and fauna. I also have a deep interest in Canadian Aboriginal culture as well as the lifestyle of isolated territories like Nunavut. I want to know how the people of Nunavut survive in the extreme climate in the Canadian Arctic which is a vast treeless polar desert that offers meagre pickings to its survivors where farming is out of question.
I want to enhance my knowledge about its beautiful landscapes like Banff, Jasper, Kelowna and Victoria well as its beautiful and crystal clear aquifers like Niagara falls, Lake Ontario, Superior, Peyto and many more. I also aspire to visit that nation one day which is why I want to gather more information about it.
