Describe a person who solved a problem in a smart way
You should say

– What the problem was
– How he/she solved it
– And explain why you think he/ she did it in a smart way
– Well, we all come across different kinds of problems in our day-to-day life.
– I mostly try to solve them on my own, however, sometimes I also seek help from my friends.
– Here I would like to talk about an incident when my friend Robert assisted me to solve a technical issue with my mobile phone.
– Actually, a few months back, my mobile was getting hanged and used to take a lot of time to open any application.
– During multitasking, the screen used to stuck and stop responding.
– Because of this, I had to restart it several times a day.
– One day I was with my friend Robert and he asked for my phone to make a call to his mother as his phone got switched off because of low battery.
– When he dialled the number, my phone got hanged and he got irritated.
– Then I explained to him about the issue I was facing with my mobile phone.
– As he is tech-savvy and has a problem-solving attitude, it took him only a few minutes to figure out the exact issue.
– In half an hour, he handed over my mobile to me and asked me to use it.
– I was totally amazed by seeing my mobile performance and speed.
– For a moment, I could not believe it’s my own mobile phone.
– Upon asking about the issue, he explained that mainly there were two issues, one was the mobile’s memory and another was the applications running in the background.
– To solve these issues, he installed an application named “SD Maid” in my mobile phone to boost the performance
– At the same time, he also uninstalled some unnecessary applications which I had not used for few months.
– He taught me the features of this app such as checking and clearing cache, boosting the performance of mobile.
– I must say his way to solve this issue was really quick and easy to learn because anyone who does not know much about technology can easily fix these kinds of technical issues with the assistance of this app.
– I was really thankful to him for this quick fix.
– I also recommended this amazing app to my friends and family members and they truly appreciate it.
