I don’t think parents should push their children to get prizes but of course they should motivate them to do so. Children should not be made to feel low if they fail to do so and should be encouraged to try harder.

I think yes. It’s good for children to compete for prizes as it makes them more competitive and the quest for winning prizes keeps them motivated to work hard which helps to keep them on track.

Companies offer a variety of rewards to their excellent employees such as appraisals, promotions, cash incentives, holiday packages , gift hampers, certificates and so on.
