Drinking water
1. Do you think we should drink a lot of water?
Yes, I strongly believe so because drinking keeps us hydrated which helps maintain the balance of body fluids.Our body is composed of about 60% water. The functions of these bodily fluids include digestion, absorption, circulation, creation of saliva, transportation of nutrients, and maintenance of body temperature.
2 How often you drink water?
I drink water 7-8 times in a day. I try to drink 7-8 glasses of water every day. I drink a glass of water after every 2-3 hours.
3. Do you drink bottled water or water from machines?
I mostly drink water from the RO which is a reverse osmosis machine that we have at our home. I also drink bottled water sometimes when I am outdoors.
4. What kind of water do you like to drink?
I like to drink filtered water at room temperature . I do not like drinking chilled or warm water as it doesn’t help to quench my thirst. I like drinking filtered water because it’s lighter and tastes better than the tap water.
