Getting Up Early
- Do you often get up early in the morning?
Yes, I am an early riser and usually get up around 6 a.m. in the morning.
2. What do you usually do when you get up early?
I start my day by meditating for 30 minutes followed by some physical exercise such as jogging or walking for 45 minutes. I also like to read motivational books and watch podcasts in the morning.
- Do you get up early on weekends?
On weekends, I prefer to wake up an hour late than my usual timings so that I could feel that I have earned this rest by being consistent during the entire week. Although, I know waking up at 7 a.m. is also early.
- Which morning do you like the best in a week?
I love the mornings on Sunday as I wake up late and usually, go to a nearby playground to play basketball with my friends in the morning.
