  1. What kind of exercises you do?

I usually do some yoga exercises such as deep breathing and sarp asna. I also do plank and some back exercises to strengthen my back muscles and core such as cat and camel exercises.

  1. Do you think children should play sports regularly?

Yes, I think its very important for children to play sports regularly because physical activities are really important in this age. It promotes their physical growth as well as cognitive abilities. They get a momentary relief from their academic schedule to do something refreshing.

  1. What was the favorite sport when you were young?

Well, when I was younger,  my favorite sport was badminton. I used to play badminton in my school and represented my school at city level. I also played badminton casually in my neighborhood with my friends in my free time.

  1. Do you like extreme sports?

Yes, I like some extreme sports such as white river rafting , car racing and WWE. I developed a liking for these sports in my teenage years as I used to watch them over television.

  1. What kind of exercises are popular in your country?

Many types of exercises are popular on my country but I believe that Yoga is the most popular among people.Yoga is a group of physical, mental, and spiritual practices or disciplines which originated in ancient India and people have been doing these exercises since time immemorial.
