Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to appreciate the efforts made by one of your staff members named Rohit Bansal.
My name is John Smith, and last week, I along with my family stayed at your hotel for 3 days during our tour to Goa. I booked your hotel from your online portal.
When we landed at the airport, my son fell down from stairs and twisted his ankle. By the time we get to your place, he could not move. At that time once we also thought to cancel our tour, but your room manager, Mr Rohit, did everything to bring us out of this dilemma. Firstly, he changed our room to ground floor from the second floor. After that, he called a doctor for my son’s treatment. Because of his assistance and immediate treatment, my son could walk by the next morning.
Although his efforts cannot be paid back with money, I believe if he accepts the gift I sent along with this letter, it will make me feel good. Once again please say thank you to him from my side. I will remember his efforts and will visit your hotel in the future.
