Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to complain about a piece of furniture that your company delivered yesterday.
My name is John Smith, and a few days ago, I placed an order on your online portal for an 8-chair dining table. I had been looking for a dining table for many days before I visited your online e-commerce store. I bought it immediately once I saw an enticing offer on this piece of furniture.
Yesterday, when I received it, I noticed that the top glass of this table has two cracks, one is in the centre and the other is near the corner. I am not sure whether this happened in transit or it had cracks before that.
At this moment, I would like you to replace the top glass with the new one within a few days as there is a function at my home next week. Apart from this, If it happened because of delivery staff’s carelessness, I expect you should reprimand them for their irresponsible driving.
