Dear ABC,
My name is XYZ and I have been a member at Hailey’s sports centre for the past 3 months. I am writing to bring into your notice the inconvenience that I as well as the other members at the centre are facing due to the miserable condition of the changing rooms.
Firstly, the changing rooms are not properly ventilated. They neither have fans nor air conditioners. Moreover, the doorknobs and latches of almost all the doors are broken and it feels unsafe while changing inside them. Also, the clothes hangers in two of the changing rooms are broken which is very annoying and it becomes very hard for everyone to change because of that.
It’s almost been a month since we all are notifying the helpers and assistants of these problems but they never pay heed. Mostly I have to request my friend to stand outside for me to keep a watch and also hold my clothes for me and then I do the same for her because we have no alternative. Moreover, it’s extremely suffocating inside those changing rooms which is extremely hassling.
I request you to kindly install air conditioners and fans inside the changing rooms so that people can change inside them comfortably. Also repair or change the broken door knobs and latches so that we all can change without any worry. Moreover, also replace the broken clothes hangers with new ones so that clothes could be hung onto them. I shall be extremely grateful to you for this favour.
