I hope you are doing well and I am writing this letter to apologise for the changes in the venue and date of our business meet. We were to get together on Monday, the 5th of October to chalk out the plans for opening up our new branch office at Jalandhar. Now we shall meet on 15th of October instead and the venue will be The Cabbana in Phagwara.
I sincerely apologise for these changes. I understand you must have planned everything for the former date and location and it is very hassling to make last minute changes in plans.
Actually, I have been suffering from a viral fever for the past 3 days and the doctor has advised that I must take complete bed rest for another 10 days. Although, all preparations from my end have also been already made but I just need to gain back my energy and health, that’s why I had to make these unprecedented alterations. I hope you’ll understand my circumstances.
