Dear Sir,
My name is XYZ and I am one of the regular visitors at your cinema. I am writing this letter to bring into your notice a problem that I faced last week when I saw a movie named Shazam at your cinema hall.
Last week on Saturday, I came with my friends to watch Shazam at PVR Gold. We were about 4-5 minutes late and the movie had already begun when we reached. We were guided inside by your worker over there but it was dark inside. Our seat was in the third row but the first step was broken and I tripped and fell sideways and sprained my ankle. I fell upon my friend who was walking ahead of me and because of that he spilled the cold drink and popcorn he was carrying. It spoiled the whole movie for us. I had so much pain that I had to leave immediately and consult a doctor.
Please look into the matter urgently and get the step repaired as soon as possible so that other people may not suffer the way we did. Till that time, please advise your staff to guide and escort the people to their chairs especially during the running show when it’s dark inside.
