My name is Callum, and we met in February this year during our journey to Dubai from Los Angeles in Air America Flight. I was seated next to you and I hope you remember, as you told me about your restaurants, and I was pursuing the culinary degree at that time.
The good news is that I successfully completed my course and graduated with distinction. Furthermore, I was also adjudged the best graduating culinary chef of the year. I remember you told me about a special Michelin Star restaurant of yours in Los Angeles. I would love to be a part of it and hope I can be an asset to you in the coming years.
Since July, I have found out that there is a requirement of a sous chef and the post has yet not been filled. Since the place is one of the favourites of mine, and the requirement suits my qualification as well as the area of interest. I am most willing to work till late nights and I am also aware of the fresh fruits and vegetable markets nearby, which open early mornings to sell the best produce. I would be glad if I am given this opportunity to serve and make a successful career with you.
