Dear Sir,
My name is XYZ and I have been a member at Jackson’s Sports club for the last 6 months. I am writing to draw your attention towards the unsatisfactory service provided at your gymnasium. Although I had already written a month ago to notify you of the same issue, not much heed has been paid.
Firstly, two trainers who were experienced and well-trained have left the facility 1.5 month ago. The new trainers who have been hired are novice due to which many members have undergone muscle injuries during weight training as well as cardio exercises. Moreover, the lockers at the club have loose locks, consequently belongings of many members have gone missing. Moreover, some treadmills and a cross trainer at the club are not working and people have to wait for their turn for very long.
Last month, I complained about all these issues to the manager but he did not pay attention at all. As a result, I decided to write to you but the only thing that has been done is repairment of one broken treadmill.
As the number of members has increased, I request you to arrange at least 3 new treadmills as well as 2 new cross trainers to meet the demand, the existing equipment and machines should also be maintained from time to time. The lockers must also be repaired on priority. Moreover, you must hire experienced trainers to avoid any mishaps and to maintain the quality of service.
