I am writing this letter to complain about the boring programmes that are being telecasted on your channels during the daytime.
My name is John Smith, and I am a resident of Ludhiana. Recently, I have subscribed for your Gold Membership Package, and now I am entitled to access all the channels.
The problem I have had with your channels is regarding the kind of programmes broadcasted during the afternoon. As I am working in a full-time job, I usually watch television on the weekends.
The majority of the programmes from 10 am to 4 pm are daily soaps and adverts where companies sell their products.
After buying your top plan, I was expecting something extra but I really get disappointed. I would like to suggest that it would be nice if you telecast any movie on your channel during the day. Moreover, if you can cut these adverts programmes and instead play the latest songs. I hope you take my suggestions into consideration.
