Dear ABC,
My name is XYZ and I am living next door to you, in the house left to yours since past one month. I moved here to New York with my parents from Texas as I have been transferred because of my job. I am writing to bring to your notice the inconvenience that we are facing because of your pets in your garden.
As since the past one week you have shifted your dog’s kennel to your front lawn, we have been facing numerous difficulties because of it. It keeps barking till midnight and my parents find it difficult to sleep. I also work till late sometimes, and I am also not being able to concentrate on my work lately.
Moreover, you forget to leash your rottweiler sometimes, and it is seen following and barking at the children and other people in the neighbourhood many a times. Also your pet cat Suzy jumps the fence and comes to our backyard many times and passes faeces there. I am allergic to cats and I find it very hard to clean up the mess. We tried to make her go away twice but she always comes back after a day or two.
I request you to kindly put a leash on your dog in your absence if you leave it outside, and you can just keep him in the backyard or inside your house during night time. Also I want you to do something about your cat so that she doesn’t come and defecate in my garden or backyard anymore.
I shall be very thankful to you if you attend to the matter as soon as possible.
