Dear Sir,
My name is XYZ and I am a full-time caretaker at Mother’s Goose Federal Orphanage. I am writing to give my feedback for a course that I attended which was offered by your organisation.
I was offered a one-week CPR and BLS training course (Cardiopulmonary resuscitation and Basic Life Support) which I completed yesterday. I found this course extremely useful as while working at the orphanage, it’s extremely important for me to know how to deal with any emergency medical situations.
I have learnt how to revive a patient as CPR is an emergency lifesaving procedure performed when the heart stops beating. It’s indeed a useful procedure because immediate CPR can double or triple chances of survival after cardiac arrest. I thoroughly learnt the four elements of Basic Life Support which are early access, early CPR, early defibrillation and early advanced cardiac life support.
The course included theory which was taught to us by the Senior Matron of the orphanage. For practical sessions we were taken for three days to Apollo hospital for learning CPR as well as other forms of BLS procedures. However, not all the students were made to perform the procedure on the dummy, but luckily I practiced very well. I thereby would suggest you to ensure the practice session for each and every student as until not practiced by self, the concept and process of CPR cannot be learnt clearly.
Looking forward to a positive response.
Regards,
XYZ
