Dear Sir,
I am XYZ, the president of the Nirvana Club. Next week, our club is going to organise seminars in which delegates from different nationalities will be taking part. We would be very thankful if you would give adequate space for publishing about our activities in the columns of your esteemed “daily affairs” so that we may get the maximum participation and support of local people.
We shall be touching various social issues in our meetings. Besides the cultural exchange, which shall automatically be there, we shall be touching issues like environmental pollution, drug and child abuse, female foeticide and racism. We are also going to organise a career counselling camp which shall run throughout the whole week.
The first meeting is on 19th October 2011; the venue is Nirvana Club itself and the theme is ‘Global Culture versus Traditional Culture’. We would also look forward to your presence in this meeting.
All the club members are working wholeheartedly for these events. It is a matter of great pride for a small town like ours to organise such world class events. Through the power of your pen and print media, you can help us in spreading a word about our activities.
