Dear ABC,
I hope you are well and I am also doing good here. It is with delight I am writing to invite you to India as I am finally tying the knot with my financé these winters in the month of December.
As you know I have been engaged for a year to Sandeep Khaira, 29, a heart-specialist surgeon in PGI Hospital, however, due to the Covid-19 widespread, we had to postpone our wedding which was earlier fixed for the end of March 2020. Now the wedding ceremony is destined to be fulfilled on the 5th of December 2020.
We have planned a destination wedding in Oberoi Cecil, Shimla. We have a guest list of only 100 people as we want it to be a private affair. But I want you to be present on my special day. We have arranged for a 2-day stay for everyone in the hotel so that the guests can attend both the functions. The DJ night is on the 4th of December from 5-10pm. Wedding is on the next day, Sikh wedding rituals start early in the morning at around 7:30am and the party will end at nearly 5pm.
I want you to be present on this occasion and accompany me as my maid of honour. The venue of the marriage is a stupendous one and we have chosen the best hotel in Shimla with excellent catering and the most spacious banquet hall. I am sure you will love being with us and make everlasting memories in India.
