Dear Sir,
My name is XYZ and I have recently finished studying a course at your esteemed institution and got my Diploma last week. I am writing to commend the staff of your institute for providing excellent coaching services and to share my experience of studying at HTMI Switzerland’s Dubai branch.
I pursued a 1-year Diploma in International Culinary Arts as I am a future culinary enthusiast and I wanted to excel in the field by improving my skills. As Swiss Hospitality Schools are known to be excellent, I opted to study at HTMI. The program consisted of ten modules which precisely covered all the aspects of the most popular exotic cuisines. From choosing the ingredients to serving the dishes in an impressive way, everything was taught diligently by the veteran chefs and experienced trainers.
I thoroughly enjoyed the course because it enabled me to become an expert at baking European and International Breads, Pastries, Desserts, and Sugar Crafts. I am now able to showcase Professional disposition including strategic management and Kitchen Leadership skills to implement a lean culture in Food and supply chain. I possess practical skills and competency required for successful supervisory roles in Kitchen Environment. I just loved every bit of being at the campus because it was extremely enlightening and intuitive.
Although you are providing the best services in the hospitality industry, I would still like to make a kind suggestion for more improvisation. Out of ten modules, the one which is called ‘specialisation module’ provides a student with the option to choose between International Bakery and Pastry Arts and Middle Eastern Bakery and Pastry Arts. But trainers mostly try to persuade students to opt for the latter. You must instruct them not to convince or force anyone and let students pick one themselves.
Hope you will continue to provide world-class knowledge and training to your students.
Regards,
XYZ
