Motivation; types of motivation, theories of work motivation given by Maslow,
Herzberg, McGregor, Vroom and Porter – Lawler.
Group behaviour in organization: group dynamics, types of groups, group norms and
roles, group cohesiveness, group development and facilitation.
Dynamics of managerial leadership: leadership styles, trait approach, behavioral
approaches, and managerial grid.
