Basic Features of payment of wages Act, Minimum Wages Act and payment of bonus act.
Basic features of the Employees Provident Fund Act, and the payment of Gratuity Act.
Taxation: Constitutional Framework of taxation, direct and indirect taxes. Elementary
knowledge of personal Income tax, customs, and central excise acts. Central and Punjab
State Sales tax Acts.
