The role a government plays in the social status and personal financial strength of its citizens is a topic that is often debated. I argue that although a country’s government does impact levels of unemployment and homelessness, these problems are most heavily influenced by external factors. This will be shown by looking at the influence international economic developments and changing cultural climates have on countries and their people.

The advantages this arrangement brings to both teenagers and the communities they come from will be shown in this essay.
