Follow up questions on poem or song

1. Are you good at memorizing things?
Sadly, no. although I have a sharp memory but I tend to forget things sometimes because of an extremely busy routine. I feel that I have become forgetful since the past few years.

2. Do you think children like the rhythm of songs or poems?
Yes, young ones like the rhythm of songs and poems because it seems fun to them, especially the lines that rhyme fascinate them. Moreover, a poem or a song having a rhythm to it makes it attractive and easy for the children to grasp and learn it.

3. Do you think it is easier for children to learn songs or poems than adults?
Yes, I believe so because they have a more receptive and fresh mind, therefore they find it easier to memorize and retain the poems and songs for pretty long. The poems we learn in childhood are remembered by us throughout our lives.

4. What can people learn from songs or poems?
I think the two main things we learn from songs and poems is our culture and language. words and expressions used are memorized more easily. It also helps in phonetic. In general, there is a lot of repetition in songs and rhymes stick in the learner’s mind and the development. Similarly, some songs and poems also connect us with our culture as their lyrics represent culture expressed in
